On this page, you’ll find books that might help on your journey. Whether you’re a survivor/victim or a loved one of a survivor/victim these resources might be useful. (Please note I haven’t read all of the resources on here and to find out if a resource is right for you, talking to a counselor or doing more research can be helpful. That being said, a word of caution here, whether you’re doing a workbook, reading a novel, or exploring poetry options these resources can bring up emotions, memories, etc. it can be helpful to have a counselor to work with, in case these feelings come up. Of course, not everyone can afford a counselor or is at a place where that seems helpful to them. In this case, it might be helpful to have someone you know you can turn to if intense emotions arise.) As always, be sure to take care of yourself. You really do deserve it. -Taylor
